On September 13th, the Eurasia-Pacific Uninet welcomed a delegation from the Guangdong Pharmaceutical University (广东药科大学) at the Confucius Institute in Vienna.
The Chinese delegation was led by Prof. Guo Jiao (郭姣教授), director of the university, and accompanied by three more of the institution's researchers.
For the Austrian hosts, Prof. Wolf-Dieter Rausch (EPU), Prof. Richard Trappl (Confucius Institute, Vienna), and Mr. Padraig Lysaght (Confucius Institute, Vienna) were present.
Both parties introduced their respective institutions, as well as explained key disciplines and major activities.
The Eurasia-Pacific Uninet is very glad to announce that during the meeting, the Guangdong Pharmaceutical University signed EPU's Memorandum of Understanding, making it an official member of the network.
